Camp White Eagle is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Camp Counselors to join our Summer 2026 team. Counselors play a key role in creating a safe, encouraging, and fun environment where campers grow in faith, confidence, and friendships.
Responsibilities include supervising campers, leading daily activities, assisting with worship and devotion times, supporting program staff, and ensuring camper safety at all times. Counselors help foster a positive camp culture and serve as role models for youth.
Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children and teens in an outdoor ministry setting. Previous camp or youth leadership experience is helpful but not required.
Must be available for staff training prior to camp and remain on-site during scheduled sessions.
